Serving the legal needs of our Bay Area clients since 1933 when our grandfather Paul I. Myers opened his first law office in San Francisco. After opening a satellite office in Los Altos in the mid-1940’s, our father Paul I. Myers, Jr., joined the Firm. Our father expanded the Firm once our grandfather became a Judge in Santa Clara County in 1953. He teamed up with Melvin Hawley and Samuel Morley to form Myers, Hawley & Morley, an association. For over thirty years as the Peninsula morphed from primarily a rural area into the premier center of technology and innovation, these three stalwarts led the Firm’s corporate, estate planning and family law practice groups.
Paul I. Myers, III (Chico), joined the estate planning team that he now heads in 1976. They provide full-service estate planning and estate administration. Twelve years later, Alexander P. Myers joined his father and brother and currently leads the corporate practice. With the retirement of the three stalwarts, the Firm became Myers & Myers and, in keeping with the family tradition, Megan M. Myers, Chico’s daughter, joined in 2014. Megan works closely with Chico to further developing the estate planning practice originally started by our grandfather.
